Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions.
- Assist customers with selecting flowers and arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Manage inventory and ensure fresh stock is available.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong creative and artistic skills in floral design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
